Refund & Cancellation Policy (30‑Day Policy)

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by SBMS Solutions.
 
1. Refund Eligibility
Clients may request a refund or cancellation within 30 days of payment, subject to the following conditions:
✅ Refunds are considered if:
  • Work has not yet started
  • Deliverables have not been provided
❌ Refunds may be denied if:
  • Significant development work has already been completed
  • Services have been fully delivered
  • Customized or milestone‑based work has commenced
 
2. Partial Refunds
If work has started but is not completed, a partial refund may be issued based on:
  • Work completed
  • Resources used
  • Time spent
Refund amounts are determined at our discretion.
 
3. Cancellation Process
To request cancellation or a refund:
  1. Email info@sbmssol.com
  2. Include your invoice number and reason for cancellation
  3. Requests must be submitted within 30 days of payment
 
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days and returned to the original payment method.
 
5. Non‑Refundable Items
The following are non‑refundable:
  • Completed services
  • Third‑party software or license costs
  • Domain registration or hosting services
 
6. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will apply to future transactions only.
